At Value Vault, we want to ensure you know exactly what you’re purchasing. Our products are categorized into two main conditions: Brand New and Pre-Owned. Here’s what you can expect from each:

Brand New

A “Brand New” product is one that has never been used. It may come in its original, sealed packaging, or it could be opened but still unused. Rest assured, if it is marked as Brand New, the product has never been used, and it includes everything that is originally meant to come with it. The item may have been opened for inspection or verification, but it is still considered Brand New as it has never been put to use.

Pre-Owned

A “Pre-Owned” product is one that has been previously used, but has undergone thorough testing to ensure it is fully functional. Every Pre-Owned item in our store is tested through a series of detailed checks and inspections before it is listed for sale. This includes:

• Video Games: Each game is tested on a game console we own to ensure it plays without issues.
• Consoles: Each console is plugged in and run through a series of stress tests to check for functionality, including disc drive performance, controller port response, power on functionality, and signal output to the TV.
• Accessories: All accessories are inspected for wear and functionality.

For all Pre-Owned items, we make sure to clean and thoroughly test every product, ensuring it’s in good working condition before it reaches you. We also inspect for any imperfections or cosmetic wear and list those accordingly so you know exactly what to expect.
