Our Standard Shipping is handled through USPS Ground Advantage, which ships to all 50 states in the USA. Items typically arrive within 2-5 business days based on the USPS delivery estimates. However, depending on the size or weight of the item, and to ensure the most cost-effective option for us, we may occasionally use alternative carriers like UPS or FedEx. Please note, this may occasionally result in longer shipping times.
Expedited Shipping
Need your order faster? Expedited Shipping, through USPS Priority Mail, is a quicker option that will deliver your package within 1-3 business days to all 50 states. This service comes with a small additional fee, but it guarantees a faster delivery time. Depending on the size and weight of your item, we may also choose other carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL for equivalent service.
Custom Shipping
For customers who need 2-day or Overnight Shipping, we offer a Custom Shipping service. Pricing varies significantly based on the size, weight, and destination of the item. International Shipping
While we primarily ship within the USA, we also offer International Shipping for our overseas customers. Since this is a custom service, we do not handle customs or import fees. Please contact us for a personalized shipping quote, especially if you require expedited international shipping. Costs will vary depending on the destination, weight, and size of your order.
Combining Orders to Save on Shipping
Whenever possible, we will combine multiple items into a single shipping box to save on shipping costs and provide safer and more secure packaging for your products. This helps reduce the environmental impact and the overall cost of shipping, passing the savings along to you. Rest assured, your items will be packaged carefully and securely, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
Packaging & Shipping Care
We take great pride in ensuring your items arrive safely. All products are securely wrapped and packaged to minimize the risk of damage. However, please note that once a package leaves our warehouse, we cannot control external factors such as weather delays or mishandling by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately with photos of the damaged goods and packaging, and we’ll initiate an insurance claim to either reship a replacement or offer a full refund.
Return Policy
At Value Vault, we aim to make the return process as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. Our return policy varies depending on the type of item you purchased.
Brand New Items
We do not accept returns on Brand New items once they have been opened. Since the product is no longer in its original, unopened condition, we cannot consider it “Brand New” for resale. The only exception is if the item arrives damaged or broken. In such cases, please contact our customer support, and we will guide you through the return process and reimburse you accordingly.
Pre-Owned Items
For Pre-Owned items, we accept returns only if the product is not working as expected. Here’s what we consider “Working as Expected”:
If you experience any issues with a Pre-Owned item, please contact our support team and provide as many details, photos, or videos as possible to help us assess the situation. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and issue a full refund if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.
Mistakes Happen
We know that mistakes can happen. If you accidentally receive the wrong item or version of an item, we will gladly accept the return and cover the cost of return shipping. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and promptly ship the correct item to you via expedited shipping, at no additional charge.
